Holding a dip to settlement is a strategy violation and is logged as off-spec.

Ranks 1–10 are BOARD tier (full flag plus push); everything below is WATCH tier and never full-flags. Seeds Weeks 1–4, then blends rolling 2026 form on the same self-healing daily rebuild as MLB.
